If you did not use the Book Outline feature when creating the book page, you can still assign it. Once a book page has been created and saved, a new tab will be available at the top: Outline. This allows you to insert book pages into the site’s hierarchy of pages. A drop-down menu will ask you which book to place the item into. Once the book is chosen from the drop-down, a new field will appear, showing which items are already in that book. This allows you to more specifically place your new item into the hierarchy. Note that you will also see an option for Weight here. OPLIN does not recommend using this feature; instead, it is much easier to use the Books function to organize book pages in the site.
