This module creates a row of four (4) interactive graphics & text, intended to promote specific library services. The row is for the site's homepage, and can be placed A) above or below an existing carousel B)just below the site's header or C) just above the site's footer.
NOTE: The library creates the specific graphic background for each service block; backgrounds should not conflict with the text color(s) used.
