If you have a PDF document larger than that, you will need to either split it into multiple, smaller parts, or possibly compress it with a tool like Small PDF. There is no limit on the number of attachments per piece of content. Once you uploaded a PDF file to be attached, you will also have the option of the Description field. This allows you to change the name so that it is not just the name of the file showing. You can also drag-and-drop the PDF files (if you have more than one) so they are in a different order.
