Wright State University, serving as fiscal agent for the Libraries Connect Ohio partnership (OPLIN, OhioLINK, INFOhio, and the State Library) posted the Invitation to Negotiate for the next five years of Ohio Web Library databases on December 20, 2012. Information about this ITN is available through Wright State's purchasing website and Wright State will now handle all contact with vendors regarding money, purchasing, timeline, etc. Bids are due February 15, 2013 after which a 16-member committee representing all types of libraries will review the offerings and make negotiation decisions. New five-year contracts for databases will begin July 1, 2013.
