Strategic Plan

The attached Strategic Plan is divided into two basic sections.

• The top half of the first page lists the fundamental aspects of OPLIN that are unlikely to change in the next four years (two budget cycles): the Mission; the Priorities; and the Strategies.
• The bottom half of the page contains a summary of the OPLIN Services that support the Strategies, Priorities and Mission; these Services will be reviewed annually.
