Applicants must have an E-Rate Productivity Center (EPC) account to file.
Most often, an Account Administrator is already established for each library. But if the library needs to change that contact, or if you have questions about your EPC access, you can contact OPLIN Support to get answers.
Every year there is an opportunity to update information about your library in the EPC: the Admin Window. That window runs from mid- to late- October through mid-January.
